Our natural environment is changing rapidly due to climate change. The earth is shifting and receding rapidly.
These works - photographs, collages, frottages, and darkroom experiments - are part of a broad research project that explores the impermanence of nature and the fragility of our presence on the land.
Images of natural formations exposed to the elements are juxtaposed with traces of ancient human activity, such as Neolithic monuments and prehistoric artifacts.
Like rocks, cliffs, and mountains, these early signs of human existence are slowly being swept away by time and by our own actions.
