BOOKS4PALESTINE is a fundraising campaign to support Palestine through the sale of books. The goal of this initiative is to raise funds through the sale of books donated by publishers and authors/artists who wish to support the Palestinian cause. All proceeds from the sales will be donated to Sanad, a Palestinian cooperative that provides hot meals to the displaced population of the Gaza Strip.
By accessing our site and participating in the book sale, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our site.
The user agrees not to engage in illegal or fraudulent activities during the book purchase process and to comply with local and international laws.
Each book purchase contributes to a donation to Sanad. Payment can be made via credit or debit card, and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the project.
Intellectual property rights for the donated books remain with the authors. Our site is authorized to distribute the books for fundraising purposes.
The site is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the services offered, including any delivery issues or service disruptions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. In case of disputes, the competent court will be in Palermo.
